heya everyone!
I know pancakes aren't exactly valentines day associated... but they're my favourite food and it's definitely a quick and simple recipe. With an added hint of pink food colouring... I think they look really cute and I'd definitely be happy if someone made me these this Friday.
You will need (for two people):
1 cup of self raising flour.
1/2 a cup of milk.
A teaspoon of vanilla extract.
A teaspoon of almond extract.
A cap full of pink food colouring.
2 eggs.
A mixing bowl.
A whisk.
Toppings (I opted for honey).
Step 1: Add the flour into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add the milk, 2 eggs, both extracts and food colouring into a cup and mix with a spoon.
Step 3: Combine both mixtures into the mixing bowl.
Step 4: Whisk until you have a liquid consistency with no bumps.
Step 5: Heat your pan and add a little bit of oil and swirl it around the pan.
Step 6: Pour some of the mixture in and create your perfect pancake!

A tip:
The first pancake will never be good, then the rest will be perfecto.
Hope you enjoyed, if this isn't your cup of tea then I have a descriptive writing piece about love tomorrow then on Thursday I have some valentines day nails.
xx
